Office Fit-Out refers to the process of making an interior space suitable for occupation. An office Fit-out can take different forms, depending on the degree of completion and scope of requirement of the occupant.

A&A Work

According to URA, Addition and Alteration (A&A) works are considered minor works done on a structure that do not increase the space’s total floor area by more than 50%. These minor renovations must not affect the structural properties of the space. A&A works include renovation of the internal space, minor repair work, maintenance, changes to the interior space such reconfiguration of the layout or even any upgrading/revamping work.

Reinstatement Work

We specialize in reinstatement work for both commercial and industrial space. We understand the tight timeline that customers face when handing over the space back to the landlord or management. Most of the lease agreement require tenants to return the unit bare and empty for their next tenant. Usually tenants will need to remove all temporary fixtures, modification made, remove any decoration done and reinstate the space to the original condition. If you engage our company, we can provide our professional service to discuss with the landlord to come to a mutual agreement on the items that they think can be kept for the next tenant, such as certain finishes or fixtures that are still of good condition.
